To proceed with your custom piece, a deposit is required to confirm your order, design and materials. This secure your project’s place in our production schedule and guarantees priority handling.
Our skilled artisans begin the meticulous process of handcrafting your piece. With precision, care and attention to every detail, the production phase brings your vision to life while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Once the order is confirmed, our production timeline is approximately 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Throughout the process, we provide regular updates to keep you informed and connected to the journey of your custom piece.

When you purchase your jewelry, we will provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity Card attesting to its origin and date of purchase. Each jewelry product has a Certificate of Authenticity to ensure you get the real deal. The Certificate is your assurance that your jewelry was crafted with the finest materials and with the utmost attention to detail. Each Certificate of Authenticity includes at least one picture of the item and verifies the gemstone type, quantity, weight, color, clarity, data analysis of the gems and the metal type (e.g.,gold, silver or platinum).
The easiest way to keep your jewelry looking terrific is to perform jewelry cleaning regularly. We would like to recommend not to use chemicals or detergents to clean your Gems. Instead of it, we offer the polishing soft cloth as a gift for any item after you purchased. The polishing soft cloth brightens up the surface of the precious gems which removes dirt and grime from small crevices and it will make any stone sparkle. Please follow the Jewelry Care Tips of Nawarupa’s booklet for your jewelry cleaning.
Rhodium plating is used to create a white reflective appearance on jewelry. It is most commonly used to plate white gold as the metal naturally has a yellow tone, so by electroplating a layer of rhodium, the piece of jewelry will have a bright white finish. If your white gold or yellow gold jewelry was purchased with Nawarupa, this service is free for the first one year, original color only and discounted thereafter.
If the size of your jewelry isn’t fit with your finger or hand, we will resize as needed until you decide its comfortable and make sure you know which hand or finger you plan to wear your ring on. If there is additional gold and gems required, it must be paid for by the customer.
We provide repair and restoration services for errors caused by the buyer’s mistakes, such as loose replacement gemstones or diamonds, bent ring, broken prongs or broken metals. If there is additional gold and gems needed, it must be paid for by the customer. You can be confident that your jewelry is in good hands as all the jewelry repairs are done in-house by skilled Artisans.
To benefit from these services, you must bring the certificate or the voucher of authenticity with the date of purchase. Without it, the services will not apply. Our commitment is to provide you with the highest level of jewelry care services.
